Refund & Return Policy

Hello, Customer  

We acknowledge the value of 'touch and feel' while making a purchase. We understand the various concerns faced by individuals while purchasing online, such as: Will the color match the picture exactly? Will it live up to my hopes? Does it last? 

As a result, we provide you with a 10-day return policy that is simple and flexible. 

Orders that were pre-paid will be fully refunded to your source account.  

For COD orders, the product value will be returned in your Account via UPI/Paytm, Amount will be credit to you within 2-3 hrs after receiving our product. Except the Shipping Amount that will be Deducted from the Total Amount of the Product.  

After Ten days following delivery, you can return any of our items. To return a product, please follow the instructions below.  

 

Step 1: Send us a return request by WhatsApp or email at Support@dotecompany.com with your order number and the reason for the return. When the order is ready, we will ask our courier partner to pick it up from your address within 24 hours.  

Step 2: Give our courier partner the item you wish to return. Please send the item back in unused condition, do not remove the Seal tag or the product will not be eligible for return/refund. The item must be sent back in the same brand-new condition as you received it. 

Important: To make sure that the product has been delivered to us in its original condition, we create unpacking videos for every customer return. If we discover that the returned item has been used and returned, or if the original item has not been returned to us, we have the legal right to refuse any refund request.
